After you have placed the order, we will send you a CONFIRMATION email. We will try to dispatch your order as soon as possible and will keep you informed at every step of the way. The products purchased from Bombacio.co can be replaced within 21 days from the received date. To replace any product you need to email us on firstname.lastname@example.org with following details:

Please self ship the product; On receiving your email & product we will cancel your previous order. Then you can place the order of product you wish to.
